Rosemary & Garlic "Chips"

I was experimenting with baby red potatoes the other day and came up with this recipe. Its easy and healthy too!
1/2 Pound of Baby Red Potatoes
Garlic Powder
Rosemary (fresh or dried) finely chopped

Preheat oven to 375*
Spray a cookie sheet with non stick spray
slice baby reds with a mandolin, or if your good with a knife slice them so they are about 1/4" thick
Lay sliced potatoes in single layer on the cookie pan
Sprinkle garlic powder and chopped rosemary over potatoes
Drizzle some extra virgin olive oil over the potatoes
Pop in oven and bake for 12 minutes, flip each "chip" and sprinkle again with garlic and rosemary
Bake another 12 minutes, or until your desired crispness
Let cool on a paper towel for a few minutes and enjoy!
