You could really add any pizza topping you want to this fun recipe. Sausage, green peppers, onions, mushrooms, the list really could go on! You could get very creative!
Scott and Kimmie both loved this meal, which if you have meet her you know that Kimmie is a picky eater, so finding a recipe that they both loved was a HUGE success! But who could pass on Pepperoni Pizza Logs! They remind me of pizza rolls, but more of a pinwheel.
Oh my gosh, this is a meal in itself. This makes a great dish to take to a friend's house for watching the football game. It's a great leftover to take for lunch the next day too!

Pizza Logs
Ingredients
*Olive Oil
*Rhodes White Bread (found in the frozen section)
*Mozzarella Cheese

*Pepperoni
*Italian Seasoning
*Garlic Powder
Directions:
1) Place loaves of bread on a cookie sheet sprayed with cooking oil and cover with plastic wrap. Let the loaves come to room temperature for a few hours.
2) Roll loaves out into a square (as best as you can, it tends to shrink up, and make sure you flower your surface and rolling pin).
3) Brush flattened bread with olive oil.
4) Place pepperoni to cover the entire flattened out loaf.
5) Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the pepperoni (use as much as you would like).
6) Sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the mozzarella (don't use as much as the mozzarella).
7) Sprinkle the Italian seasoning and the garlic powder over cheeses (again don't go over board with the seasonings).
8) Roll the dough from one edge to the other to create a "Log".
9) Place on a baking sheet and brush melted butter over the top of the log.
10) Bake in oven at 375* for 20 minute (give or take a few minutes)
11) Bread is ready when roll is golden brown and when you tap the top you should hear a hard tapping sound.
12) Cool for a few minutes then slice and enjoy!
